Turneringen er med pauser, så folk udefra også kan komme og prøve og have det sjovt med calisthenics og street workout,

I det danske mesterskab vil topatleter kæmpe i fire forskellige discipliner:

Endurance

Topatleter fra hele Danmark vil konkurrere om den danske titel.

Tournament with breaks in between so people can jump in and have fun.
In the Danish National championship, top tier athletes will battle in four different disciplins:

Top athletes from all around the whole of Denmark are going to compete for the Danish National title.

We are one community that whats to get people moving and spreading the love for Calisthenics & Body movement.
